1. Limited Liability

PR HOLIDAY’S acts as a travel facilitator platform, connecting customers with third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour vendors.

  • We only provide confirmed bookings

  • Service execution is the responsibility of the respective provider

  • We are not liable for:

    • Service quality or delays

    • Errors or negligence by providers

    • Misrepresentation of services

All information displayed is provided by third parties, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or availability.


2. Overseas Tour Package – TCS Policy

As per the Income Tax Act (Section 206C(1G)(b)):

  • Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is applicable on international tour packages

  • TCS will be charged extra on package cost

Requirements:

  • Valid PAN Card is mandatory

  • Incorrect PAN may lead to:

    • Higher TCS deduction

    • Booking cancellation

PR HOLIDAY’S will:

  • Deposit TCS with the government

  • Provide TCS certificate for filing


3. RBI Compliance – LRS Guidelines

Under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS):

  • PAN is compulsory for international travel bookings

  • For minors → Parent/Guardian PAN required

Customer Declaration:

  • Foreign exchange usage is within RBI limits

  • Funds are used only for travel purposes

If limits are exceeded:

  • Booking may be cancelled

  • Refund processed as per policy

We may share data with authorized institutions for compliance.


4. Visa & Documentation Policy

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Visa approval

  • Passport validity

  • Travel documentation

PR HOLIDAY’S is not responsible for:

  • Visa rejection

  • Immigration issues

  • Travel denial

⚠️ No refund will be provided for visa-related issues unless covered under cancellation policy.


5. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

PR HOLIDAY’S is not liable for service disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical failures

  • Strikes or emergencies

In such cases:

  • Alternative options may be provided

  • Refunds depend on service providers

We are not responsible for:

  • Financial losses

  • Data loss

  • Indirect damages


6. COVID-19 & Health Guidelines

Service providers may deny services if:

  • You show symptoms

  • You do not follow safety protocols

  • You pose a health risk

Customers must follow:

  • Government travel rules

  • Health declarations

  • Required apps or documentation

Failure to comply may result in denied travel without refund.


7. User Agreement

By booking with PR HOLIDAY’S, you agree that:

  • You understand all terms

  • You accept third-party service responsibility

  • You comply with all travel laws and policies
