PR HOLIDAY’S – Terms & Conditions

1. Limited Liability of PR HOLIDAY’S

PR HOLIDAY’S operates solely as a facilitator by connecting users with respective service providers such as airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators, and others (collectively referred to as “Service Providers”).

The liability of PR HOLIDAY’S is strictly limited to providing users with a confirmed booking as selected by them.

  • Any concerns, disputes, or issues arising during the actual use of services shall remain the sole responsibility of the respective Service Provider.

  • PR HOLIDAY’S assumes no liability for any acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence on the part of any Service Provider.

Unless explicitly committed by PR HOLIDAY’S  as part of a specific product or service offering:

  • PR HOLIDAY’S shall not be liable for the quality, standard, or adequacy of services provided by Service Providers.

  • PR HOLIDAY’S does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of such services as represented.

  • PR HOLIDAY’S does not ensure the availability of any service listed by a Service Provider.

By making a booking, the user acknowledges and agrees that PR HOLIDAY’S merely provides a technology platform to facilitate bookings of travel-related products and services. The ultimate responsibility and contractual obligation rest solely with the Service Provider.

Furthermore, all information displayed on the website regarding services is furnished directly by Service Providers. PR HOLIDAY’S cannot be held responsible if such information is inaccurate, inadequate, outdated, or in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or directives.


2. TCS Compliance – Overseas Tour Package Policy

An Overseas Tour Package refers to any travel package offering visits to countries or territories outside India, including expenses for travel, accommodation, boarding, lodging, or related services.

In accordance with Section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961:

  • Users booking an overseas tour package with PR HOLIDAY’S  are liable to pay Tax Collected at Source (TCS) at the applicable rate, in addition to the package price.

  • PR HOLIDAY’S will deposit the collected TCS with the Government and issue the appropriate certificate/document to the user.

  • A valid PAN must be provided at the time of booking.

If the PAN is invalid, does not belong to the traveller, or the user qualifies as a Specified Person under Section 206CCA, PR HOLIDAY’S reserves the right to:

  1. Collect TCS at the higher applicable rate.

  2. Cancel the booking, with refunds processed as per the cancellation policy.

By proceeding with a booking, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable TCS provisions.


3. Compliance with Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS)

As mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS):

  • Users must provide valid PAN details for all international bookings.

  • In case of a minor traveler, the PAN of the parent/guardian must be furnished.

  • Non-compliance may lead to booking cancellation.

The user further confirms that:

  • The total foreign exchange purchased/remitted during the current financial year (through all sources in India) is within permissible limits prescribed by the RBI.

  • If the limit is breached before approval by the Authorized Dealer (AD) Bank, UNIGLOBE MKOV is obligated to cancel the booking and process refunds as per cancellation policy.

  • Foreign exchange purchased under the booking will be used strictly for the declared purpose.

The user authorizes PR HOLIDAY’S  to:

  • Retrieve PAN details from past profiles/bookings.

  • Share information with authorized third parties for compliance purposes.

PR HOLIDAY’S will not collect or use PAN details without consent. Users may request deletion of PAN data via their account profile.


4. Visa & Travel Documentation Policy
  • Users are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and travel documents (including transit visas).

  • PR HOLIDAY’S is not liable for denial of entry, refusal to travel, or any issues arising from incomplete, missing, or rejected visa documentation.

  • No refund shall be processed in such cases, even if visa assistance was taken through PR HOLIDAY’S  Refunds, if applicable, will be as per booking/cancellation policy.


5. Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances where PR HOLIDAY’S and/or Service Providers cannot honor confirmed bookings due to reasons beyond their control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, insolvency, government directives, technical issues, terrorist activity):

  • PR HOLIDAY’S will make best efforts to provide alternatives or refunds, subject to receiving refunds from Service Providers.

  • Users must directly approach the Service Provider for further resolution.

  • In cases of technical failures (e.g., payment gateway or network downtime), PR HOLIDAY’S liability is limited to refunding the booking amount, if received.

Under no circumstances shall PR HOLIDAY’S  be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use.


6. COVID-19 & Similar Conditions

Due to COVID-19 (or similar outbreaks declared by government authorities), Service Providers may cancel or refuse services for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Exhibiting symptoms of infection.

  • Non-compliance with safety advisories (e.g., masks, distancing).

  • Health vulnerabilities.

  • Risk posed to others’ safety.

In such cases:

  • PR HOLIDAY’S  assumes no liability.

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed only upon receipt from the Service Provider.

Users must also comply with guidelines issued by Central/State Governments or statutory bodies, including but not limited to:

  • Mandatory use of Arogya Setu App or equivalent declarations.

  • Furnishing health/medical proof where required.

Failure to comply may result in denial of travel, and PR HOLIDAY’S  will not be responsible.
